You are responsible for ensuring that your use of OKLiv complies with applicable laws.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.

You may not:

• Impersonate another person.
• Create false or misleading accounts.
• Sell, transfer, or share your account.
• Create another account to avoid a suspension or ban.

You are responsible for activities conducted through your account.

3. App Features

OKLiv provides features including live broadcasts, community posts, user interactions, video calls, and AI Slavic makeup generation.

Some features may vary depending on your device, region, or app version. We may update, restrict, suspend, or remove features when reasonably necessary.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish.

By posting content on OKLiv, you give us permission to store, display, process, and distribute it as necessary to operate and promote the app.

You must only upload content that you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate another person's privacy, copyright, or other legal rights.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users must not post, broadcast, send, generate, or share content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful.
• Contains pornography, sexual exploitation, or sexual content involving minors.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or dangerous activities.
• Contains harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination.
• Reveals another person's private information without permission.
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Impersonates another person or uses manipulated media to deceive others.
• Contains spam, scams, malware, or unauthorized advertising.
• Disrupts live broadcasts, video calls, or the normal operation of OKLiv.

You must not use OKLiv to exploit, threaten, stalk, deceive, or harm another person.

6. Live Broadcasts and Video Calls

You are responsible for your behavior during live broadcasts and video calls.

You must not record, publish, or distribute another person's private communication without their permission and any consent required by law.

Do not share passwords, financial details, home addresses, identification documents, or other sensitive information.

7. AI Makeup Feature

The AI Slavic makeup feature is provided for entertainment and creative purposes.

You may only upload images that you own or have permission to use. You must not use AI-generated images to impersonate, deceive, harass, or defame another person.

AI-generated results do not represent a person's real nationality, ethnicity, identity, or cultural background.

8. Moderation and Account Actions

OKLiv may review reported or public content using human reviewers, automated systems, or both.

If you violate these Terms, we may:

• Remove or restrict content.
• End a live broadcast.
• Limit account features.
• Suspend or permanently terminate your account.
• Report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

Serious violations may result in immediate account termination.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the OKLiv Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer

OKLiv is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that all content is accurate, appropriate, culturally authentic, or uninterrupted. User Content represents the views of individual users and does not necessarily represent OKLiv.

To the extent permitted by law, OKLiv is not responsible for losses caused by User Content, user interactions, AI-generated results, service interruptions, or unauthorized account access.

Your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not affected.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, safety requirements, or legal obligations change.

The updated Terms will be displayed in the app with a new effective date. Continued use of OKLiv after the update means that you accept the revised Terms.
